It's not smart to workout hard without fueling the body.
I think my treadmill is faster than it says, and an iFit run convinced me I need more low intensity training in my life.

I still can't shake this funk I've been in.
This past week I've felt super blah, both mentally and physically.
One of these days I'll sleep well again... I hope.
Although I like the spiritual aspect of the Yoga Anytime videos, I think the convenience of the Down Dog app wins.
The weekend in Vegas took it's toll on me, and I'm still recovering.
