About

Hi. My name is Christina. It’s nice to meet you.
Even though she’s not comfortable with it, Christina knows these “About” things are supposed to be written in third person. So here she goes…
Christina grew up in Northern California, the real Northern California, in a small town, nestled in the mountains, called Shingletown. She joined the Navy right out of high school and served for 11 years. After separating she did a little bit of this and a little bit of that for eight years, attempting to figure out what she wanted out of life. While she still hasn’t quite figured that out, she has a job that pays the bills and allows her to save. She also has a big goal to work towards – running a 100 miler.
Christina lives in Idaho Falls with her awesome, supportive husband and badass adventure cat. Aside from running, she also enjoys hiking, backpacking, cycling, fishing, and reading. She is currently working on an MS in Geographic Information Science at Idaho State University.
If you want to go for a run or just drop a line, she’d love to hear from you!
