No good sleep

How It Felt: I kept the run plenty easy, and it felt good.

Commentary: Yesterday, on the way home from work, I was so tired that I decided to push my strength training workout to today. I did this with the hopes of getting a good night’s sleep and having more energy today. Ha! Joke’s on me!

Last night was one of those nights where I felt like I never fell asleep until I woke up. And I woke up so many times last night that I felt like I never really slept. My fingers are crossed that this shitty sleep doesn’t last as long as the last bout.

Yet again, I was so tired by the time I got home, I pushed my strength workout off another day. Instead I watched Happy Feet with my husband.
