An okay run is better than no run!
Started PT for my hip, yet again, but this time with a new physical therapist.
I like technology until it decides to f*** with me.
This is what my body has been whispering to me on my latest runs...
Undesirable weather kept me inside and on the treadmill for my long run(s).
I only like to run outside if the weather suites me, and that's okay.
My lungs aren't feeling so hot, so I'm adjusting my training accordingly.
After back to back endurance days, I needed a day to recover.
Losing weight is not worth being hungry ALL THE TIME.
