After a week and a half of feeling like crap (thanks COVID), I'm finally feeling better, so I signed up for another 50k.
Turns out I'm not just sick, I've got the 'rona. That certainly changes things, like everything.
My iFit ride was good, but more frustrating that it should have been.
I was woefully underdressed for my run this afternoon.
It was quite cold this morning for my run, but I survived.
So glad I got rid of running coach for so many reasons.
Made some homemade electrolyte mix and swapped saddles on my spin bike.
I'm definitely ditching my running coach, but I can't decide if I should I find another, better one.
I'm almost done with the book Ready to Run, and I'm already incorporating the standards into my daily routine.
