I can finally do a proper squat! And I started working on a dedicated yoga/meditation room.
After a week and a half of feeling like crap (thanks COVID), I'm finally feeling better, so I signed up for another 50k.
So glad I got rid of running coach for so many reasons.
I woke feeling like I was getting sick. Ugh.
A step challenge turned my wannbe slug day into an active recovery day.
Woke up sore, but yoga and a walk around work helped some.
Good thing I have a PT appointment tomorrow because my body is feeling old.
Winter stopped by for a visit, and I decided to weigh myself pre- and post-run.
