Coyote Buttes North – The Wave

The hubster and I had a fantastic time exploring Coyote Buttes and a couple of slot canyons.

Today we cruised through Zion and did a quick hike to the Toadstool Hoodoos.

Working to let go of my disappoint and make the best out of a less than ideal situation.

Yet again, instead of powering through a strength workout while super tired, I gave myself a break.

Started the day with a workout and then hit the road for vacation!

Today wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. Still tired. Boo shiftwork.

Worst work week ever.

Not only was today my first official day of training, but it was my first day back to school!

My first official week of training will start out with a bang - shiftwork.
