How It Felt: The intervals felt rough and good at the same time. I usually try to job during the recovery period, but I stuck to walking this time.
Commentary: Last I managed to get over eight hours of sleep. This brings my total sleep for the past three nights up to a whopping 16 hours! I don’t feel tired, like I’m not yawning nonstop, and I feel like I have energy. But I’m spaced out AF, and my grumpiness level is at all-time high.
Yesterday I skipped my run. Gasp! Since Wednesdays are intervals and Thursdays are recovery runs, I had planned on swapping them so I wasn’t doing a hard workout on no sleep. Yeah, even 30 minutes of running felt impossible. But at least I got my intervals in today.
I was supposed to do a strength workout today, but by the time I got home I was too tired. Instead I got some of my stuff together for my big trip to Utah. I’ll do the workout in the morning.
