Guess who has a running coach now?! That's right! This girl!

A beautiful day riding through the park and checking out buffalo.

First bike ride of the year felt awesome!

Spent a whole day soaking in different hot springs on a sunny day with no sunscreen.

During reverse lunges my right glute started hurting, but I got to talk to my new running coach today!

Not too much going on...

After three weeks of no running, it felt amazing to run again!

Now that I know my knee was an easy fix, I feel like I was robbed of a decade of running.

My shins hurt from yesterday, but that didn't stop me from hiking to a hot spring.
