Running again!

Strength Training: Chest & triceps

How It Felt: It felt fucking fantastic to run again despite my right foot (see commentary). Strength workout was good.

Commentary: Yesterday my right foot starting hurting, outside edge around mid-foot. By the time I went to pick up my four dozen vegan cookie order after work (fat kid!), I could barely put any pressure on it.

Once I got home I popped some ibuprofen, and my sweet husband massaged my foot. By this morning it felt alright. During my run it hurt a little, but while walking during my cool down it hurt a lot. An hour later, it felt fine.

Anyway, even though it’s been THREE WEEKS since my last run, I felt pretty damn good on that treadmill today. Unfortunately I don’t have time to run tomorrow because I have PT and a strength workout.

In other news, I filled out my questionnaire for Sundog Running Co coaching services. I’m pretty excited to get a legit training plan and adjusting the training around what’s going on in my life.
