As though I didn't have enough on my plate already, I had to go and add more.
Spent some time pondering why my Garmin-reported stress levels and heart rate variability change.
Spent most of the day working on my final project, but I did get a hike in with the hubby.
First run with my new heart rate monitor!
Yoga,Visio, and low stress.
My left arch is weird, and so is stress.
A "busy" day with running, draining my funky toenail and strength training.
Today was a good start to doing better!
