I'm beginning to wonder if the personal trainer was a good idea or if I would have been better off on my own.
The first two weeks of training I totally had my shit together, but now the wheels feel like they're starting to fall off.
These days stuffing my face ain't no thang. The fat will turn into fuel eventually.
Because of my strength training my right knee doesn't wobble like it used it.
I don't want to train forever, so I'm moving up my 100 miler.
My training schedule is more like a really good guideline.
Can I balance weekend backpacking trips with my long runs?
I'm not very good at taking a rest day on a day off work.
