Because I did one pull-up the other day, I decided to sign up for another Spartan Beast.
Now that I'm doing 80/20 running, it's high time I updated my 55k training plan.
Think I figured out how to sleep better, and I got a Garmin badge I didn't think I would.
Not sure I've losing weight too fast or if I just need to ignore the scale.
Counting calories isn't my idea of fun, but it's necessary if I want to lose my extra fat.
Running for 2.5 hours on asphalt is not my feet's idea of fun.
An afternoon at the Boise State University Human Performance Lab yielded much data!
So as not to tire out my legs too much before my lactate threshold test, I skipped my run and did strength training only.
