Mindful eating
For like the first time ever I might be eating more mindfully.

Now that I'm doing 80/20 running, it's high time I updated my 55k training plan.
Not sure I've losing weight too fast or if I just need to ignore the scale.
Counting calories isn't my idea of fun, but it's necessary if I want to lose my extra fat.
So as not to tire out my legs too much before my lactate threshold test, I skipped my run and did strength training only.
I'm getting more into the 80/20 running thing.
It's not smart to workout hard without fueling the body.
