Running coach or no?
I'm definitely ditching my running coach, but I can't decide if I should I find another, better one.

I'm almost done with the book Ready to Run, and I'm already incorporating the standards into my daily routine.
Today I got in a good ride on the indoor bike, and I bought some new workout toys.
I didn't do as good as I'd hope, but I did better than expected since I was still sick.
I woke feeling like I was getting sick. Ugh.
Adding to the workout room, yoga, running, football with friends, rock climbing, dinner and axe throwing!
Probably didn't take it easy enough for this easy run.
Last night I did something to my right glute because it does not feel good.
Another earlier-than-it-was-supposed-to-be morning, and I didn't get my run in.
