Activity: Body Pump #102 Metabolic Blast
How It Felt: Body Pump felt surprisingly good.
Commentary: Yet again I was awoken because of a loud noise on the TV. This time at 3:15am when I had an alarm set to 4:35am. Lucky for me, I didn’t look at my clock this time, so I managed to go back to sleep. But my husband’s thrashing around in bed woke me up 15 minutes before my alarm.
This was the motivation I needed to finally put my Bluetooth headphones in my backpack to bring them home from work. With any luck whatsoever, my husband will use them to watch TV in the wee hours of the morning. If not, I’m setting up a separate bedroom upstairs for worknights.
Anywho, my intention was to run this morning. It was still pouring rain, so I decided against it. A better me would have done yoga, but I decided on Body Pump because I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve done it. A week ago is basically forever, right?
I had a hair appointment after work, and I didn’t feel like running afterwards, so I missed a run today. I thought about bringing my running stuff to work and sneaking a run in at lunchtime, but I didn’t. Sigh.
