Voodoo magic

I used a voodoo floss band for the first time today, and it was like PFM (pure f***ing magic)!

So glad I got rid of running coach for so many reasons.

Made some homemade electrolyte mix and swapped saddles on my spin bike.

Finally taking the time to warm up before I start running. What a concept!

Goodbye cushy stabilizing shoes, and hello minimal, zero drop shoes!

I'm definitely ditching my running coach, but I can't decide if I should I find another, better one.

I'm almost done with the book Ready to Run, and I'm already incorporating the standards into my daily routine.

Today I got in a good ride on the indoor bike, and I bought some new workout toys.

I didn't do as good as I'd hope, but I did better than expected since I was still sick.
