Teton Crest Thru Hike

Three wonderful days hiking the more beautiful parts of Grand Teton National Park with friends.

My first ultra is in the books!

This week I didn't run as much as I'd hoped, but I did have a great time!

Doing all these Lost Souls routes has built up my confidence for the Beaverhead 55k.

Another week knocking out Lost Souls routes, and a botched trip to Wisconsin.

Pushing hard up steep climbs without proper fueling doesn't work out very well.

The local trail running club challenge is really motivating me to get running!

A great weekend with friends and an awesome race that gave me some much needed confidence.

Towards the end of the week my left shin/ankle area starting bothering me, but I did get to go fishing.
