Vacation’s over!

Miles: 3.7 (intervals, treadmill)

Shoes: Xero HFS

How It Felt: This run felt so much better than Tuesday! And I find it weird how, for me, the treadmill feels harder at slower speeds and easier at faster speeds.

Commentary: Yesterday I tweaked my shoulder during my workout. My right hip has started bothering me again, probably because I’m running again. Not stretching after hikes and doing zero mobility work while in vacation probably didn’t help.

Luckily I had a chiropractor appointment this evening, and it helped out a lot. Still so glad my husband talked me into going! Now I need to get back to taking care of my body! Vacation’s over!
