Not much to say

Training Day: 32
Miles: 2.2 (intervals, treadmill)
Shoes: Xero HFS
Activity: Strength – Hypertrophy

How It Felt: I went a little easier on the run today since it was the second day in a row of intervals. My body parts felt pretty good, so I think it was a wise choice.

Today’s strength workout was rough! But I felt pretty darn strong, so that’s good. I have to admit, I’m super happy with Volt Athletics so far, and I’m stoked to see how I progress

Commentary: I started my strength workout a little later than I intended because I was procrastinating. It happens! Afterwards I foam rolled my quads and hips. It’s been forever since I’ve used the foam roller, and it felt soooo good.

Yup, that’s about it for today!
