Not sure I've losing weight too fast or if I just need to ignore the scale.
Counting calories isn't my idea of fun, but it's necessary if I want to lose my extra fat.
As my strength training progresses, it's time to bust out the "real" weights and expand the home gym.
For the first time in a long time I listened to my mind and body instead of my to-do list.
Shoveling snow is one hell of a workout! Can I consider it cross training...?
