What I thought was my typical lack of motivation was, in fact, something more.

Less exercise, loss of muscle, and increased eating usually lead to one thing--expansion.
Finally checking in after a month of silence.
So much stress. Not enough good sleep. Finally getting back to a new normal.
Finally hit the Stairmaster!
In an effort to work for hours and hours straight, I installed an app to make me take breaks.
Work and school. Work and school. That is my life.
Arches revealed a few things I need to work on in my training.
