Yay I started running again! And then I blew off my runs to work on a final project for school.
Another week of not running, but I got some cycling in.
Depending on the mapping app I use, there are wild differences in elevation gain when looking at upcoming races.
Thanks to the jankle, I'm forgoing my 50-miler for now.
A trip to Moab, even sans running, recharged me and washed away my blah feelings.
