How fast is fast and how slow is slow when doing intervals?
Not sure if giving up caffeine is a thing runners do, but I'm doing it anyway.
Getting outside for a run felt amazing despite the winter weather.
Going plant-based for performance, poop and less guilt.
My inhaler makes me feel... as good as I did before overexerting myself in the cold.
Good workouts are even better when you can listen to your own music.
My lungs don't like working out in the cold, so I took it indoors.
