I finally had to choose between fire and water, and I think I chose wisely.

Ever interact with someone and it just feels comfortable and warm?

Professional attire is not my forte, but I made due for my PhD interview.

Being unemployed gave me the opportunity to discover how I wanted to spend my time.

What I thought was my typical lack of motivation was, in fact, something more.

Less exercise, loss of muscle, and increased eating usually lead to one thing--expansion.

Finally checking in after a month of silence.

So much stress. Not enough good sleep. Finally getting back to a new normal.

Finally hit the Stairmaster!
