Activity: Max Strength
How It Felt: Day three workouts are the best because they’re not as intense, so it felt good.
Commentary: First off, let me just say that I made an amazing vegan lasagna for this week’s work lunches. I used Impossible spicy sausage, homemade ricotta made from cashews, zucchini, roasted garlic tomato sauce, and green lentil lasagna noodles. I’m definitely making this again! And I’m definitely buying more Impossible fake meats instead of Beyond.
Anyway, I was pretty darn grumpy when I got home. I went into my workout room and started blasting the soundtrack from Guardians of the Galaxy, and that got me in a great mood. Between sets I found myself dancing all over the place instead of resting, that’s how much it energized me.
