Getting old

How It Felt: This session was a wee more difficult than the last few, but as always, it felt good.

Commentary: Yesterday my referral to PT went through, and tomorrow I have an appointment for my initial consult. But I’m not sure when I’ll be able to get in for actual PT since they’re pretty booked next week. Here’s hoping they can do something for me in my first visit and/or give me some good exercises and stretches to do at home in the meantime.

Obviously I’m hoping to get back to my hip feeling semi-normal sooner than later. The malfunction has caused a chain reaction, and now even my Achilles feels inflamed.

Getting old sucks.
