Strength Training: Traps/upper back & core
How It Felt: I was tired, so I didn’t feel like working out. The workout itself was okay, wasn’t a fan of the planks, lol.
Commentary: I was still recovering from a weekend of not sleeping enough. Instead of getting up early to go to the gym, I slept in. Even with 8.5 hours of sleep I was still tired.
Part of me thinks I should ease up on the strength training. Then I wouldn’t be working my body as hard, and I could get more rest. And I’d have more time to rest because I wouldn’t be working out as much. But with only two months left of my contract with my personal trainer, I kind of want to tough it out to get my money’s worth.
