How It Felt: My groin made the run a little interesting, but the intervals felt good!
Commentary: This morning I was so off. It’s like I forgot my morning routine.
First, I almost forgot my food for the day. Then I almost forgot my coffee. At the gym I forgot to connect my heart rate monitor to my watch. I also forgot to puff my inhaler before I started running.
I got the treadmill going and started running, and after a minute I realized I hadn’t started my watch. Then I kept hitting my elbows on the hand grips on the treadmill.
To top off the morning a guy with horribly strong cologne started working out right next to where I was stretching. The only thing worse than strong cologne is shitty, strong cologne when you’re breathing hard. I picked up my mat and moved to fresher air.
