How It Felt: I felt pretty damn good this morning during the run. The minute of fast running every five minutes didn’t feel too hard.
Commentary: The run today had me feeling good afterwards. It makes me think I just might be able to stick to a training plan for a bit, lol.
Speaking of training plans, I am a little not impressed with my running coach. I filled out this long questionnaire before he wrote up my first four weeks of training. In that questionnaire it had me list the races I had coming up. Yet even with this information my training plan shows a regular long run for Saturday and not my Spartan.
This makes me wonder if he has any intentions of getting me ready for my half marathons in the beginning of June. Like does he even know I’m running two half marathons the first two weekends of June?
Anyway, my fingers are crossed that this is an isolated incident. Otherwise, I might need to find me a new running coach.
