Strength Training: Back & traps

How It Felt: Strength workout was okay. My personal trainer has me in “Phase 3,” whatever that means, and the workouts aren’t all that challenging. The run was quick but good!

Commentary: Pretty decent day overall with not much to report. PT went good! The PTA didn’t push as hard on my IT band and hip flexor with the magic stick thing, but I also don’t think she could, lol. But the exercises were hard work and the stretches felt quite good.
