So as not to tire out my legs too much before my lactate threshold test, I skipped my run and did strength training only.
As I learn more about 80/20, I'm also learning more about how to measure running intensity.
I'm getting more into the 80/20 running thing.
It's not smart to workout hard without fueling the body.
