Dry Fork, Peekaboo & Spooky

Three slot canyons and some exploring with the advanture cat.

No hiking today, but I got a run in, and we took the cat for a walk.

I decided not to do any strength training this week, and we attempted Red Breaks Canyons.

Spent the day in St George getting the van fixed, and I got a run in.

The hubster and I had a fantastic time exploring Coyote Buttes and a couple of slot canyons.

Today we cruised through Zion and did a quick hike to the Toadstool Hoodoos.

Working to let go of my disappoint and make the best out of a less than ideal situation.

Yet again, instead of powering through a strength workout while super tired, I gave myself a break.

Started the day with a workout and then hit the road for vacation!
