Feeling carefree while running is the best feeling.

Took a chance and ran outside today!

it's time to stop slacking and get back to mobility work.

For our last day of vacation we drove through Bryce Canyon, and I ran near Butch Cassidy's childhood home.

No hiking today, but I got a run in, and we took the cat for a walk.

Yet again, instead of powering through a strength workout while super tired, I gave myself a break.

I managed to get a backcountry camping permit in the Grand Tetons to do the Teton Crest this summer.
