How It Felt: Oye! The run felt harder than it should have, but it still felt great. My left hammy is oddly sore from my workout yesterday, so I pushed back my strength workout for today.
Commentary: Guess who got her Garmin Finish Strong badge today? This girl! I cannot believe it is already the end of year. I honestly don’t know what happened.
After my run I perused the various workout series in iFit and found one that is more appropriate for me considering of lack of running fitness. The speed and incline are more moderate, and there are some interval workouts! This should keep me busy until my Beaverhead training officially starts on January 10th.
In other news, today I got back to work on my yoga room. I got the last wall painted dark purple, after a trip to Lowe’s to get another quart of paint. I also bought some white paint for the floorboards and the couple of spots on the ceiling I accidentally hit with purple.
