Training Day: 10
Activity: Strength – Foundation
How It Felt: The workouts each week are the same, and today’s workout wasn’t as tough as last week’s. I was even able to do a few more reps for some of the exercises. It feels good to know I’m getting stronger!
Commentary: Last night I did a little bit of mobility work on my right ankle. I started with the voodoo floss, then did some smashing with my small, spikey massage ball. I can’t quite tell if the ankle is more mobile than before, but I’ll keep telling myself that it’s working.
I slept alright last night. It wasn’t as good as Monday night, but not as bad as it has been. I do feel a little less tired this morning, but that might be because my workout woke me up some.
