How It Felt: Just what I needed after Body Pump and a run yesterday.

Commentary: I am so happy that I’m finally taking the time to do yoga again! So far I’ve only done 35-minute sessions. Me thinks I shall slowly increase the time as I become stronger.

It’s crazy how hard some of the poses are not because of flexibility but because of strength! I’m pretty disappointed in myself for losing so much muscle, but with some work, it’ll come back.
