Body Pump: #115 Upper Body
How It Felt: Way harder than it should have!
Commentary: Hitting the weights again after a looooong hiatus felt good. But I could also tell just how much muscle I’ve lost. The muscle has been replaced with chubbies. Hopefully I stick to a regular strength training routine the muscle will replace the chubbies once again.
