Weather: Clear skies, mid 50s
How It Felt: The run felt okay. Not great, not horrible.
Commentary: I have no idea what happened to my inhaler. Not that I need it, but it does help. And with all the smoke we have in the air, I need all the help I can get.
Anyway, fall is clearly on the way because it is cooler in the morning these days. Had to whip out my capris instead of shorts! And once again, my sweet kitten helped me stretch after my run. I fucking love that cat.

I wish you good luck for your half marathon prep, recently I started running 2 miles every morning along with my fitness regime and it’s awesome, painful but awesome

That’s what I love about running, it’s awesome and horrible at the same time, lol.

Yup, on most days it really sucks to run, but at the end of the run, the amazing feeling that I get, it’s worth it
