Bad sleep

How It Felt: The run didn’t feel as good as yesterday (see commentary), but it still felt good to be out there.

Commentary: Last night I slept like shit. At one point I woke up and had a hard time falling back asleep. It felt like I never fell back asleep, but then I’d wake up, toss and turn and try to fall back asleep again. Who know how long this went on for.

So, I was quite tired this morning. This didn’t help my run. I think I also got a wee warm on my run. Instead of taking off my long sleeve, I left it on and suffered. I don’t think this helped my run either.

The good news is tomorrow I don’t have to get up early to run because I have a 5k on Friday and a half marathon on Saturday! Im hoping for a good night’s sleep to setup me for the weekend.
