How It Felt: Run felt pretty good even though it took me a bit to warm up. Felt strong for the strength workout!

Commentary: Like an idiot, I selected “Run” on my watch instead of “Treadmill”. As a result, my watch said I I didn’t even run a mile, and the map was all over the place. Guess I need to pay more attention when I get up at 4am, lol.

One of these days it’ll be warm enough for me to run outside before work. I had planned to run outside after work, but the wind has just been too crazy in the afternoon.
