Frigging chilly

How It Felt: Although my heart rate was still a little high this morning, the intervals felt pretty good! After my TRX exercises I did some mobility work, which I’m becoming a big fan of.

Commentary: This morning it was fucking cold! I considered waiting until after work to run, but it’s only gonna get colder, so I figured I should try to get used to it.

I wore my fleece leggings and a skirt to attempt to keep my quads warm. It didn’t work. By the end of the run my quads were frozen and tingling a bit. Maybe one of these days I’ll adapt to the cold and it won’t be that bad.
