Caffeine?

How It Felt: Pretty darn good!

Commentary: This run wasn’t as good as Monday’s run, but it was still pretty good. It got me thinking, is there a reason one run was better than the other? I realize there probably isn’t a reason, but I did identify one key difference between the runs.

Before my run Monday morning I downed the last of my cold coffee from the day before. Tuesday I did not. Could this have made a difference? To test my hypothesis, I shall drink coffee before my run tomorrow.
