Boo strength training

Strength Training: Traps/upper back, core, chest & biceps

How It Felt: The workouts felt mechanical today, like I’m merely going through the motions.

Commentary: I don’t feel “good” after my strength workouts anymore. Instead I’m grateful to be done. I don’t want to lose my strength because I’m super happy being strong, I just wish there was a different way to go about keeping it.

Obviously I need to keep doing strength training to accomplish this. But is it possible to do it more efficiently? Like do I need to go to the gym four times a week?

These are questions I should probably ask my personal trainer, lol.
