Sore from the weekend

How It Felt: My legs are still sore from the weekend, so yoga was a wee tough, but it still felt great.

Commentary: I didn’t expect my legs to be as sore as they were when I woke up. My calves were super tight. Work has been super boring lately, which makes me lethargic. But I did manage to get outside for a quick walk to stretch my legs a bit.
