How It Felt: The run felt sooooo good! I kicked up the speed some on the fast portions, and although I was working, it didn’t feel hard. I’m excited for next week because I plan to pick the pace a bit more. The ab workout was alright. Nothing exciting.
Commentary: This is my second interval run since I started my training. I was pretty sure I remembered how to run them, but after my run today I looked at The Complete Book of Running for Women to verify. Yeah, I should be go way faster of the fast portions and slower on the slow portions. Now I know! Next week should be even better.
